Permits consumers to fill up half-gallon “growler” containers with beer from any licensed restaurant, bar or brewpub; small craft producer licensees allowed to sell 60,000 (31-gallon) barrels of beer per year, 20,000 barrels of wine, 7,500 of distilled liquor; powdered liquor prohibited

 

The state’s “Bring Your Own Beverage” law allows patrons of cabarets that offer dancing, in cities of 500,000 people or more, to bring in their own liquor.
